- Event Details: a. The Dalebrook Dip will take place on 1 July 2023 at Dalebook Tidal Pool, Cape Town.
- Event Guidelines: a. Participants must follow all instructions and guidelines provided by Pure Beginnings and Brand Partners/Ambassadors. b. Participants are required to please respect the beach environment, including its cleanliness and wildlife. c. No alcohol
- or illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
- Safety & Liability: a. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the event and Pure Beginnings and their Brand Partners/Ambassadors are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the event.
- b. Participants attend the event at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings. c. Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety of their children. d. Lifeguards will

- Cancellation Policy: a. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event. b. Participants will be notified of any changes or cancellations via the contact information provided
- during registration.
- Photography and Media: a. The event organisers may take photographs or videos during the event for promotional purposes. b. Participants may appear in these photographs or videos, and their consent for such usage is implied by attending the event.
